The secret to our success has been five-fold:

  • Diversification. Continuously adding new sales channels to increase the number of outlets available for inventory including practicing a 1P/3P (vendor & seller) hybrid model on Amazon.

  • Product cost negotiation. Evaluate all opportunities for both short and long-term potential and procure products in the most profitable manner possible.

  • Exclusivity. Build strategic, value-added relationships with all our vendors while avoiding any additional risk to their current product line or sales channels. Leverage vendor reps. Build a team that is working for us, one that has our best interest as their top priority.
